Jefferson Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1951 by Dr. Paul Didion. He originally focused on farm animals, but also treated the farmer's pets while on calls. Dr. Didion operated out of a small house in Jefferson and then out of his own residence, with his wife Lee acting as bookkeeper and receptionist. The clinic diversified and expanded and moved to our current location in 1968, becoming a mixed animal practice. We have grown to a full-service mixed animal clinic providing preventive, medical, and surgical services for companion and farm animals throughout Jefferson county and beyond. From family pets to farm and working dogs and from hobby herds to large-scale animal operations, Jefferson Veterinary Clinic has the experience to provide the care your animals need.
